Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT

Bulgaria Real Estate Fund (Bloomberg ticker: 5BU) is among the largest REITs in Bulgaria; its capital amounts to BGN 60.450.000. As a real estate investment trust (or company with special investment purposes) BREF is specialized in real estate property acquisition and  development. As from its constitution in 2004 BREF has developed and completed retail and office projects with a total built-up area of over 50,000 square meters, it acquired over 40,000 hectares of agricultural land, and up to date, it is also managing retail and office premises of over 30,000 square meters in Sofia and in Varna. Bulgarian Real Estate Fund is awarded for REIT of The Year ‘2008. 
 

Balkan Capital Management  JSC

Balkan Capital Management (BACM) JSC was licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission in the beginning of 2006 to manage collective investment schemes and closed-end investment companies.

At present BCM is among the largest managing companies in Bulgaria with assets under managemnt exceeding BGN 10 mln. The company manages three mutual funds - Europe, Balkani and BCM Balanced Capital.
